Volunteer Onboarding Specialist

The Volunteer Onboarding Specialist is primarily responsible for developing and executing strategies to support an excellent onboarding experience for YouVersion volunteers. This role will work cross-functionally with YouVersion Volunteer Managers (staff) and their teams to establish a standardized volunteer onboarding and screening process, conduct screening calls, and facilitate training with volunteer applicants.

The specialist utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.
