Summary of role

Team Lead - PS Delivery We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Team Lead - PS Delivery to lead a team of consultants and drive high-quality delivery across customer and internal initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, improving delivery performance, and staying close enough to the work to provide hands-on support when needed. The role is designed around a clear balance of 70% people leadership and delivery oversight, and 30% individual contribution through selected consulting, escalation support, and key project involvement. What You'll Do As Team Lead - PS Delivery, you will play a central role in developing consultants, strengthening delivery standards, and ensuring the team consistently meets quality, customer, and business expectations. Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes across professional services engagements. Set clear priorities, manage team performance, and create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee workload planning, utilization, delivery quality, and operational performance across the team. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams to support successful delivery. Identify delivery risks, capability gaps, and process improvement opportunities, and take action to address them. Contribute directly to selected projects, complex customer requirements, or escalation support where your expertise adds value.
