About the Role

The Sales Director is responsible for driving commercial performance across a defined U.S. territory, with a focus on both direct and programmatic revenue growth. You will lead end-to-end sales efforts, cultivate agency, brand, and platform relationships, and help maximize revenue across JOLT’s media network through a mix of direct partnerships, PMP activation, and programmatic marketplace development. This is a role for someone who is commercial, sharp, and highly proactive, with the ability to operate across both traditional media sales and the programmatic ecosystem. You will be expected to build strong relationships with agencies and advertisers, while also working closely with SSPs, DSPs, and internal stakeholders to uncover new demand, monitor pacing, troubleshoot campaign issues, and improve overall yield.
