Payroll Accountant

Your role: Your duties and responsibilities

•           Verifying and uploading timesheets;
•           Calculating salaries and other rewards and benefits for employees;
•           Calculating allowances for temporary work incapacity;
•           Preparing certificates at the request of employees;
•           Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Fiscal Service and the Statistics  Department;
•           Preparing internal reports related to various indicators in the field of human resources and payroll;

We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

•           Previous experience in accounting is advantageous;
•           Strong verbal and written communication skills in Romanian;
•           Ability to organize tasks, adapt swiftly to changes, and meet deadlines under pressure;
•           Basic understanding of accounting practices and principles;
•           Experience with automated accounting software and systems;
•           Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel, Outlook);
•           Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and trust;
•           High level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information;
•           Effective analytical and problem-solving skills;

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, office
