Executive Assistant to the CEO (9 month FTC)

As Gearset continues to grow, we're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Operations team. You'll support our CEO, work closely with the wider EA team, and help senior leaders stay focused on the work that has the biggest impact on our customers, our teams, and the business. This is a broad role that combines executive support with operational coordination. You'll help manage travel, coordinate meetings and events, support company-wide activities, and maintain the processes that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone who's organised, adaptable, and enjoys working across a variety of tasks and priorities. You'll be part of a collaborative team that shares context, supports one another, and pitches in wherever help is needed.
