The ServiceNow Engineer will be a part of Equitable Bank’s ServiceNow Centre of Excellence. Primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations. As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will contribute to the Bank’s ServiceNow instance using industry-standard practices and procedures while safeguarding the integrity and hygiene of the ServiceNow instance. You will be responsible for production support, development, testing, and documentation of the solutions you build. Reporting to the Manager, ServiceNow Centre of Excellence, the developer will ensure that all reported service requests/changes/incidents/problems are triaged and addressed in a timely manner through to resolution. The ServiceNow Developer will also be responsible to ensure the business units are kept informed on the status of the issues reported and work with them to establish interim solutions until the reported issue is fully resolved. The development of working relationships with ServiceNow implementation partners, as well as Business stakeholders is an integral part of this role.
