• Entrata’s Homebody (Insurance) CSR III is a licensed insurance professional who serves as a trusted resource for both customers and team members. In this role, you’ll handle complex service and policy-related matters that require licensure, including coverage changes, endorsements, renewals, and compliance-sensitive situations. As a senior member of the team, you’ll help mentor and support CSR I and II team members, share best practices, and contribute to the continued growth and development of the organization. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your insurance expertise, expand your leadership skills, and play a key role in enhancing the customer experience while supporting policy growth and retention initiatives.
