About The Role:

We looking for a Senior Performance & Growth Manager for our Italy Ecommerce team. You will be responsible for driving and steering the commercial performance of a key market for Emma, through ownership of our commercial calendar, defining how to adapt our pricing & promotion strategy for the Italian market and ensuring all teams are aligned to deliver strong and consistent results In this role you will have a cross-functional view of our business, dealing with a different array of teams from Marketing to ensure traffic and demand, Global Category Management to align our market strategy with the global direction of Emma's product portfolio, and Operations to guarantee product availability and guarantee a smooth fulfillment of products sold.
