Schedule: Monday to Friday \u007C 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST What You’ll Be Doing Manage and coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure seamless service Act as the main point of contact between caregivers and clients Handle calls, referrals, and daily requests with professionalism and empathy Support operations with payroll tasks, time tracking, and record management Multitask across priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment What Makes You a Great Fit Experience in healthcare, scheduling, operations, or customer service Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset Experience with WellSky / ClearCare (a big plus!)
