• ABOUT THE POSITION
• Viral Marketing Creative is not a traditional marketing role - it’s a front-row seat to building one of the most talkable brands in the world.
• In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing viral stunts, cultural moments, product-driven ideas, and customer experiences that people want to share.
• Your goal is to make people say: “Did you see what BURGA just did?”
• You’ll own a system designed to drive word-of-mouth at scale, turning ideas into content, customers into storytellers, and products into conversation starters.
• WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Develop and execute viral marketing stunts - from fast, low-cost ideas to large-scale activations.
• Create social-first campaigns designed for organic sharing across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
• Identify and act on cultural moments, trends, and internet behavior in real time.
• Launch unexpected collaborations with creators, brands, and designers.
• Turn products into viral objects through design and cultural relevance.
• Ensure every idea has a clear path to virality - not just execution, but strategic thinking.
• Work closely with Brand (Social Media, Community, Creative, Design) and Partnership teams to bring ideas to life.
• Analyze performance and continuously improve based on what actually spreads.
• WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 3+ years of experience in creative marketing, social media, PR, or brand roles.
• Proven track record of creating viral, shareable campaigns or content.
• Strong understanding of internet culture, trends, and content mechanics.
• Ability to think in ideas, not formats - and execute them end-to-end.
• Ability to move fast, experiment, and iterate.
• Comfortable with non-standard, bold, and sometimes controversial ideas.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

SALARY: 2800 - 4100 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
