ABOUT THE ROLE

Manufacturing Engineers at Bright Machines drive the performance of our automated server assembly operations. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing workflows to improve throughput, reliability, and scalability across our automation platforms. You’ll partner closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure production lines run with precision and consistency. Success requires strong technical judgment, a process-optimization mindset, and experience in automated manufacturing environments.
