Tax Manager or Director - Flowthrough

The Tax Manager/Director in our Flow-Through practice plays a key leadership role in delivering tax compliance and planning services for partnerships, LLCs, and S corporations. This individual manages and executes complex client engagements, providing strategic guidance that supports both tax efficiency and overall business objectives. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to develop tailored tax solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery across a diverse portfolio. You’ll also oversee engagement workflows, review technical work, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on flow-through tax matters. As a leader within the team, the Tax Manager/Director mentors and develops junior staff, fostering technical growth and promoting best practices. This position is ideal for a tax professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values client interaction, and is committed to deepening their expertise in partnership and S corporation taxation. Note: Preferred candidates will be based in Southern California or the Bay Area. Those within 45 minutes of a BPM office will be expected to follow a hybrid schedule.
