Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for Binance in Australia. This role goes beyond performance marketing — it is about building sustainable, compliant growth engines in a market where trust, regulation, and user education are critical. You will own the end-to-end growth funnel, from first touch to active trader, while balancing efficiency, brand, and regulatory constraints.
