We are looking for a talented and motivated Principal Data Analyst to join our team on our iconic IP, Dead by Daylight. As a Principal Data Analyst at Behaviour, you will play a strategic role in advancing the company’s data maturity by designing and driving advanced analytical solutions that support the production, growth, and long‑term success of the game. Leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will shape the long‑term data strategy, deliver visionary and actionable insights, and influence major product and business decisions. You will lead by example by mentoring other analysts and setting standards for analytical excellence across projects while tackling the most complex challenges with innovative approaches. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including fellow data analysts and production partners, you will help foster a more data‑oriented culture and enable the studio to achieve ambitious business objectives.
