Senior Director Health and Safety Workforce

Our client a leader in the Safety and Consulting Industry is looking to hire a Senior Director, Workforce solutions. This role is newly vacated.

Our client is seeking  a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Construction and/or Industrial Safety Director to lead SafetyCo’s Workforce Solutions  with experience with third-party safety services to Fortune 500s, crown corps and GCs. The Senior Director will lead a team of ~30-60 safety professionals that work through several different client projects. Our clients hire us to provide safety officer personnel for the duration of the construction project, site safety inspections, and fire watch to oversee our client’s protocols and procedures on construction sites (for industrial, infrastructure, hydro, logistics, and some commercial real estate) to ensure the well-being of all workers and compliance with safety regulations.
