Position Overview – SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

The ideal candidate for this role will have 5-7+ years of transactional experience in the software industry including experience drafting and negotiating standard and vendor order agreements, SaaS, and software license contracts. Experience or exposure in computer science or IP licensing preferred.

The ideal candidate will also have strong organizational skills, and he or she will demonstrate the ability to multi-task. The company values professionalism with skills and interest and openness to learning and developing new areas of expertise. Compensation is competitive.
