Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Plant Manager, Operations Manager II is responsible for the daily oversight, coordination, and execution of engineering and facility operations activities. This role provides direct leadership and support to the onsite engineering team and is responsible for ensuring efficient work execution, maintaining preventive maintenance programs, coordinating staffing coverage, and managing contractor and vendor activities. Pay: $63.21 The pay listed is the pay for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Effective 7/1/2026 there is a increase to $65.42 Benefit Information: Union benefits (Local 877) Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm
