VEG provides 24/7 emergency veterinary care with open-concept hospitals and a customer-focused experience to help people and their pets in urgent moments.
***This is a field-based role supporting VEG hospitals across the Chicago area, with the candidate residing in or near Naperville, South Loop, or Oak Brook. The role focuses on keeping local hospitals running smoothly and helping new hospital openings start strong, with travel as a key part of the job—including frequent flights and driving, shifting schedules, and times when you may be on the road 3–5 days a week, including occasional weekends or holidays.**

In 2014, VEG was born with a mission to help people and their pets when they need it most by challenging norms and fixing the ER experience. THE JOB
We’re looking for someone who brings technical know-how, a service-first mindset, and the flexibility to support a fast-growing, 24/7 hospital network. In this role, you’ll be on the frontlines of support, making sure our hospitals have the reliable hardware, software, and network functionality they need to run smoothly—while also helping set new hospitals up for success. At VEG, we find a way to say YES to solving problems, removing roadblocks, and empowering our frontline teams to deliver exceptional emergency care. You’ll grow where you want to go by troubleshooting complex challenges, implementing smart solutions, and partnering closely with hospital and IT leaders to drive IT excellence across VEG.
