Quality Coordinator
- Coordinate and schedule all AQL inspections across EMEA factories, aligned with the production calendar.
- Maintain a live inspection calendar and flag conflicts, gaps, or missed windows early.
- Work closely with the Buying team on order management to ensure inspections are completed on time and do not cause production or delivery delays.
- Prepare inspection briefs for factory inspectors with correct tech packs, AQL levels, and workmanship standards.
- Act as the primary contact for all factory-embedded QC Inspectors on day-to-day admin and reporting.
- Chase outstanding Final Inspection Reports and Pending Quality Issues, maintaining a submission tracker and escalating delays.
- Assist with inspections carried out in the Amsterdam office as an extra check on incoming bulk garments.
- Lead in-office QC fittings, organising bulk comparisons across multiple factories to assess and drive consistency in fit, construction, and finish.
- Compile factory scorecard data from inspection outcomes and Pending Quality Issues; prepare regular supplier performance reports.
- Maintain regular contact with Suitsupply stores to gather quality feedback, translate it into action plans, and follow up with factories to close the loop.
- Support the Senior QC Manager EMEA in preparing supplier-facing quality reviews.
- Visit factories regularly to verify AQL is correctly applied and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) are up to date.
- Report findings to the Senior QC Manager EMEA and track that previously raised issues have been actioned.
- Support new factory onboarding from a quality admin perspective — inspection frameworks, contacts, and reporting templates.
- Ensure all activities align with Suitsupply’s sustainability and compliance standards.
- 1–3 years of experience in a coordination or quality-related role, ideally in fashion, garment manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow-up threads simultaneously.
- Comfortable with Excel, data trackers, and reporting tools; PLM experience is a plus.
- Eye for automation opportunities — able to identify repetitive reporting or follow-up tasks that could be streamlined through templates, tools, or simple workflow improvements.
- Confident communicator in English; French, Portuguese, or Arabic is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely interested in garment quality and manufacturing.
- Organised and dependable — keeps multiple work streams on track without losing detail.
- Data-conscious — spots gaps, flags inconsistencies, and maintains clean records.
