Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate the X-ray machine to inspect, compare, and verify the internal structure of the component.
  • Perform XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis for material composition and coating verification.
  • Interpret inspection results and report anomalies to the Supervisor.
  • Conduct dimensional checks using digital measuring systems.
  • Verify critical dimensions against specifications.
  • Record and maintain measurement data in systems.
  • Compile test data, prepare reports, and flag deviations from specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, JEDEC, and internal QA/QC standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent (Engineering, Electronics, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a testing laboratory or electronics/semiconductor industry, entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of X-ray, XRF, or inspection equipment is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of ESD handling and electronic component packaging is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
