The Role

We're looking for a reliable, professional Class A CDL Driver to support pickup and hub transfer routes across our New York locations. You'll be a critical part of our supply chain — keeping product moving safely, on time, and in compliance. 1,000 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities:

Run routes between our Rochester hub and NY brand locations, with day hauls to other Nabis hubs
Overnight stays in the Bronx Monday–Thursday (DOT-compliant scheduling)
Conduct pre- and post-trip safety inspections in line with company SOPs and OSHA standards
Secure cargo using chains and binders; re-verify load stability throughout trips
Inspect trailers for air line and jack position status before and after loading
Visit weigh stations as required and adjust loads to meet state safety regulations
Assist with unloading at understaffed delivery sites while maintaining product integrity
Keep fleet vehicles clean, secure, and flagged for any maintenance needs
Navigate routes via GPS; communicate with dispatch via CB radio and cab computer
Maintain professional communication with warehouse teams and dispatch at all times

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL with 2+ years of occupational driving experience
Airbrake endorsement required
Up-to-date medical card
Must be 21+
Availability for routes Monday–Thursday
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift
Strong judgment, communication, and time management skills
Comfortable adopting new technology quickly
