An Operation Project Lead, under limited supervision, aids all Yard, Equipment, and Supply Warehouse/Inventory support functions. This position will serve as the go-to person to administer assorted projects that require additional support. Critical for success are the abilities to work independently and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

What it takes:

• Associates degree in related field, 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination
• Forklift certified (Provided by Michels)
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
• Valid CDL (desired)
• Warehouse and/or construction experience (desired)
• Experience operating heavy construction equipment (desired)
• Mechanical aptitude (desired)
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
