마크비전은 AI 기반 IP 보호 SaaS 플랫폼을 통해 민간 기업뿐만 아니라 공공 영역에서도 지식재산 보호의 새로운 기준을 만들어가고 있습니다. 본 포지션은 정부 및 공공 영역을 대상으로 한 지식재산 보호 지원 사업을 기획 및 운영하며, 마크비전의 기술과 정책 과제를 연결해 실질적인 사업 성과를 창출하는 핵심 역할을 수행합니다. 지식재산 보호, AI, SaaS 기술을 기반으로 한 정부 R&D 및 지원 사업을 발굴하고, 사업 기획부터 제안, 수행, 종료까지 사업 전 과정(A to Z)을 주도적으로 운영하게 됩니다. 또한 사내 제품 및 기술 로드맵과 정부 정책 방향을 연결하여, 마크비전의 기술력이 공공 영역에서도 확장·활용될 수 있도록 전략적인 사업 구조를 설계합니다.

What you’ll Achieve

• 지식재산 기반 정부 지원 사업의 기획·제안·운영 전 과정(A to Z)을 주도합니다.
• 지식재산처, 문화체육관광부 등 정부 부처 및 유관기관의 R&D 및 용역 사업을 발굴합니다.
• 공공 영역을 대상으로 한 AI SaaS 및 온라인 IP 보호(모니터링 등) 연관 사업을 기획 및 제안합니다
• 사내 제품(기술) 로드맵과 정부 정책 과제를 연계한 전략적 사업 구조를 설계 및 제안합니다.
• 사업 수행 단계에서의 일정, 성과, 산출물 관리 및 프로젝트 운영 전략을 수립합니다.
• 공공 영역에서의 신규 사업 성과 창출과 장기적 사업 기회를 확대합니다.

Skills You Bring

• 정부 지원 사업 관련 문서 작성 경력 (신규 사업 제안서, 수행 계획서, 발표 자료, 종료 보고서 등)을 3년 이상 가지신 분
• AI, SaaS, IT 기반 공공 사업을 기획하거나 관리한 경험이 있으신 분
• 복수의 이해관계자(정부 부처, 유관기관, 내부 팀)와 협업하며 사업을 구조화하고 실행한 경험이 있으신 분
• 사업 기획부터 실행까지 주도적으로 오너십을 가지고 추진한 경험이 있으신 분

Nice to Have

• 지식재산처, 문화체육관광부 등 지식재산 관련 정부 부처 또는 유관기관 사업 운영 경험이 있으신 분
• 지식재산(브랜드 보호) 관련 공공 사업 또는 전략 기획 경험이 3년 이상이신 분
• 공공 영역 고객(정부·공공기관) 대응 및 커뮤니케이션 경험이 2년 이상이신 분
