Experienced Project Manager - Lancom

About The Position

One of our operating companies, Lancom, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Auckland.

This is a hands-on role leading the successful delivery of ICT projects across cloud, infrastructure, and managed services environments. You will manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and exceeds customer expectations.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can successfully manage multiple small to medium sized projects, and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent ICT projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, risks, timelines and reporting.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead customer meetings, project workshops and status reporting.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple active projects.
• Ensure successful project handovers and customer outcomes.

Skills required

• Minimum 4 years' ICT Project Management experience, ideally within an MSP, technology services, or consulting environment.
• Experience delivering cloud, infrastructure projects in AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple small-to-medium sized projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365, cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or similar are advantageous.
