ROLE OVERVIEW
The TOP (Top of Production) Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily TOP sample approval process and supervising a small team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant handling of samples across all product categories, including apparel, accessories, and footwear. This role is critical to maintaining high operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
The TOP Supervisor will monitor team performance, coordinate workflow, communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
