Builder.io is looking to add an accomplished sales leader to our growing team. As Enterprise Regional Sales Director, you will partner closely with the VP of Sales to build and develop a world-class Account Executive team to drive Builder’s growth within Fortune 1k.
As a Regional Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward, leading a high-performing team of Account Executives to grow our presence and introduce our transformative Visual Development platform to some of the world’s most innovative brands. We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven sales leader who excels at building and coaching teams of Account Executives dedicated to acquiring new enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll oversee your team’s efforts to educate the market about the power of Builder’s platform, generate new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The total compensation range for this role is $360,000 – $400,000 USD, including base salary and target variable pay. This role is also eligible for a meaningful equity grant and comprehensive benefits.
Builder is a fully remote company and hires across multiple locations. Compensation may vary based on location and will be discussed early in the hiring process. Final offers are determined based on experience, role-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications demonstrated throughout the interview process.
