The Engagement Lead (EL) serves as the primary point of accountability for Managed Service engagements, owning the full lifecycle of client delivery from onboarding through ongoing operations and growth. More than a Program manager and deeper than an account manager, the Engagement Lead combines strategic advisory with hands-on delivery leadership — acting as the trusted partner to client executives, the operational backbone for delivery teams, and a key contributor to business development.
This role demands equal parts technical credibility on the Boomi platform, delivery discipline, executive presence, and commercial acumen. The Engagement Lead is the face of the engagement to the client and the voice of the client inside the organization.

Compensation and Benefits
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are 80% base and 20% commission.
Total Compensation begins at $175,000 and is determined by various factors including geographic location and the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. An overview of our benefits can be found here.
