We're looking for a commercially driven Field Sales Intern to support the growth of our Field Sales team. This internship is ideal for someone eager to start a career in sales, business development, or commercial growth. You'll work closely with experienced Field Sales Managers, helping identify new business opportunities, support customer acquisition, and contribute to the team's commercial success.

This internship requires a minimum commitment of 5 months, with availability of at least 4 days per week.

Our customers are based in Belgium and the Netherlands and communicate entirely in Dutch. Therefore, this role is exclusively open to candidates who:

  • Speak Dutch fluently (written and spoken)

  • Are currently living in Belgium

What You'll Do

  • Support the Field Sales team in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities

  • Research prospective customers and build target account lists

  • Assist with outbound outreach and follow-up activities

  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and customer meetings

  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in CRM systems

  • Support sales reporting, pipeline management, and performance tracking

  • Collaborate with the wider commercial team to help drive revenue growth

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Dutch speaker

  • Based in Belgium

  • Available for a minimum of 5 months, at least 4 days per week

  • Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset

  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Interested in sales, business development, or commercial growth

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
