About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Podcast Clipper / Video Editor who can turn long-form podcast episodes into polished, engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

Edit and repurpose long-form podcast audio into short clips
Add captions, subtitles, jump cuts, and on-screen elements
Format content based on platform-specific requirements
Ensure high-quality exports optimized for short-form delivery
Collaborate with the team and creative lead for revisions when needed

Qualifications

Proven experience editing short-form social content
Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling for fast-moving platforms
Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects)
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple edits each week
Portfolio or editing samples required
