THE ROLE

This isn't a traditional support role: it exists at the intersection of customer experience and AI. Kodee, our AI agent, is already handling over 85% of customer conversations, and our specialists are the ones maintaining the quality high and stepping in for the complex cases that require deep troubleshooting.

 

YOUR JOURNEY

🏁 Customer Success Specialist → Mentor → CS Product Expert → CX AI Engineer 🚀

Stage 1: Customer Success Specialist. Build deep product knowledge across websites, domains, emails, billing, and builder tools. Work alongside AI to solve complex customer issues, fix root causes, and deliver red-carpet experiences.

Stage 2: Mentor → CS Product Expert. Contribute to your team’s growth, through peer-to-peer learning sessions, feedback loops, and knowledge sharing, while continuing to support customers.

Stage 3: CX AI Engineer. Move from resolving individual cases to managing the system that handles thousands of them. You’ll be directly managing Kodee, our AI chatbot, by reviewing prompts, identifying patterns at scale, and driving innovation.

 

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Skills you already have:

  • Fluent English, written and spoken

  • Deep technical troubleshooting experience in hosting, infrastructure, networking, or similar areas

  • Understanding of web hosting fundamentals (domains, DNS, email systems, websites setup).

  • Already using AI to build or automate processes in your work

  • Ability to make technical complexity clear for non-technical customers

  • Comfortable with uncertainty and fluid responsibilities, adapting as the role evolves

What makes you stand out:

  • ⭐ Hands-on experience with WordPress, cPanel, hosting environments, or website management tools.

  • ⭐ Experience contributing to AI tools, automations, or chatbots as a core responsibility

  • ⭐ Proven experience in improving internal workflows, not just working within them
