Product Manager
Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager who can turn founder vision into clear product direction, while balancing customer needs, technical realities, and business priorities. This role sits at the intersection of product, security research, and engineering.
You’ll spend time with customers and internal teams to understand how security work actually happens (from triage to remediation to ongoing security operations). Then you’ll convert that understanding into crisp priorities, strong product decisions, and features that ship.
What you’ll do
Drive product work from start to finish: definition, spec (clear requirements + acceptance criteria), build, QA, release, measurement, and iteration. Keep sprints ready to run by unblocking open questions, keeping scope tight, and making sure work is well defined before it starts.
Work directly with customers, internal Research, and Engineering to identify the highest-leverage problems to solve.
Turn ambiguous problems into clear product requirements: user journeys, UX notes, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and rollout plans.
Prioritize based on customer impact, research value, technical feasibility, and business goals.
Partner with engineering to scope releases, make tradeoffs, and drive delivery from concept through launch and iteration.
Build a deep understanding of AppSec and security operations workflows and keep product choices grounded in that reality.
Define success metrics for initiatives and use data + qualitative feedback to iterate.
You may be a fit if
You have 2+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management or Product Operations
Experience working closely with security researchers
Strong prioritization skills and comfort operating in fast-moving, founder-led environments.
You are very good at turning vague ideas into specific, testable requirements.
You are comfortable doing hands-on QA in staging and production, reproducing issues, and driving fixes.
You have strong UI and UX instincts and you care about the details.
You obsess over metrics and can define KPIs, build simple reporting, and use data to guide iteration.
You have high ownership and independence, without needing to own the entire roadmap.
You communicate clearly across functions.
